Steven was raised in Cramlington, Northumberland by parents George & Diane & was the 1st of 3 children later joined by younger brothers Mark (1979) & Daniel (1984). Steven was educated with 3 tier system through;

Beaconhill Community Primary School: 1981-1985 (5-8)
Stonelaw County Middle School: 1985-1989 (9-12)
Cramlington Community High School: 1989-1992 (13-16)

However in September 2008 Cramlington conformed to the now popular UK 2 tier system which involved Stonelaw County Middle School & Cramlington Community High School merging to form Cramlington Learning Village. Steven played his 1st live NLH MTT F/O with all of FTP over at Paul’s bar which was a £5+R in January 2008, & is now a regular at Circus casino, Newcastle Upon Tyne where he frequents approximately 3-4 time’s per week. Steven is a keen student of the game regularly discussing strategy with other members of FTP & an active member of the NPF utilizing the “Hand Advice/Discussion” section, he also read’s strategy books in pursuit of improving his game & found Gus Hansen “Every Hand Revealed” particularly influential & inspiring. Steven is a taxi driver by trade & when not either on the road or at the tables he likes to follow NUFC & spend time with his cats Smokey & Delilah. Steven also watches WWE & coined his now common poker nickname “The Game” after famous wrestler HHH.

Steve seldom finds his stack ITM w/o the best hand making him 1 of the most consistent MTT players on the NPS frequenting FT’s.
